Warranty / Repairs
You have ten days to return your hammock, no questions asked.
Our hammocks are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one year. Damage due to wear and tear can be repaired for a reasonable charge. Check your hammock stuff sack for weight limit and remember that our hammocks are guaranteed for use by one person.

The Hennessy Hammock Warranty
With proper care, our hammocks will last for many years.
Our hammocks are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one year.
Check your hammock stuff sack for weight limit and remember that our hammocks are guaranteed for use by one person. Note: we cannot offer warranty protection to hammocks that have after-market modifications such as zippers, rope changes, ridgeline changes or installation of any devices for quick tensioning which can cause damage to the suspending ropes by point-loading.
Our Customer Satisfaction guarantee applies to gifts, too! We suggest that the lucky recipient try out their hammock within 10 days of receipt. If they want to exchange or return it, they can email us or contact us by phone.
Returns
When you receive your order, please check that it is complete and that there was no damage sustained during shipping, then test for suitability. If you think a hammock won’t work for you or you need a different model, please contact us within 10 days to request a return or exchange.
Some items are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund has been processed. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If we have notified you thatn your refund has been processed but you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We have a 10 day return or exchange period that begins when your order is delivered. If you would like to exchange a product please email us at info@hennessyhammock.com for instructions.
Shipping
To return your product, please email info@hennessyhammock.com and we will tell you where to ship your return, based on your region.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
