Description
This PU-coated polyester ripstop rainfly works with all Hennessy Hammock models providing generous protection from wind and rain. Can be angled out to provide a large covered area for cooking or relaxing or can be staked down near the ground on both sides of the hammock. The Hex Fly can also be used on its own. Because of the wind load, this fly should be tied directly to trees with strong polyester cords provided. Two tie outs on each side.
The Hex rainfly is the same price or even less expensive than the regular rainfly on many models, so it is a popular option for people who don't mind carrying a little more weight but want the added versatility. For the Expedition or Scout it's a small charge to substitute. Just choose the 'customize' option for the hammock you want and add the rain fly you prefer to your cart.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
Most hammocks come complete with attached mosquito netting, detachable rainfly, support ropes, and compression sack with set up instructions on back. Hennessy Hammock also provides complimentary standard 42" / 107 cm long "Tree Hugger" webbing straps to protect the rope and the bark of trees. Because these accessory webbing straps are complimentary, they are weighed separately from the hammock.
Patented Features
Tom knew that the people of Central America sleep diagonally in their hammocks. So, with that knowledge, he changed the shape of his hammock into his patented asymmetrical design which lets you lie level on the diagonal with excellent support under your lower back and knees.
Because tree spacing is always different, the curve of a hammock is always different. The patented structural ridge line ensures the same shape every time you set up your hammock. This is the first time in history that you have the exact same comfortable bed every night and a perfect setup every time
